Lukas Dausend has worked in the field of international education for 14 years. He is currently the manager of international exchange programs and advisor of outbound students at the University of Mannheim, Germany's leading institution in Economic and Social Sciences and in internationalization. In his role, Lukas serves as primary contact for 181 partner universities all over the globe. His main tasks and interests include agreement negotiations, DEI development, and event management. As an avid gadgeteer and watcher of YouTube tutorials, Lukas firmly believes that there is a technical solution for most problems. He is active on most social media platforms and loves to try out new tools to include in his work.
Lukas earned his M.A. in American Studies and English Linguistics at Johannes-Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany, and studied abroad at California State University Chico, a life-changing experience. He absolutely loves working from home.
