Kimberly LaComba, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Global Leadership at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Dr. LaComba teaches and mentors doctoral students in the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program at SMWC and is an international speaker. Her current research agenda includes qualitative studies in responsible global leadership, doctoral student success, and the development of global leaders. Dr. LaComba encourages students to widen their global lens through immersive opportunities such as faculty-led study abroad and virtual study abroad initiatives that she leads throughout the world.
