Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2008, Elsa Delille obtained a degree in German and Philosophy in France where she grew up followed by a Business Degree in Germany. Elsa moved to the United States in 1993 where she returned to school to pursue a Master Degree in Nursing.
Elsa has practiced in different settings yet found her true calling in caring for Oncology patients working at Weill-Cornell in the Leukemia Program. Since 2015, Elsa has been working at the Columbia University Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Program as the Senior Lead Nurse Practitioner. More recently, Elsa became the APP Division Director for Cancer Medicine at Banner MD Anderson in Gilbert, Arizona.
