Abstract: Participants will learn how to utilize telemedicine to enhance the care of their lactation patients. At the end of the presentation, they will better understand how telemedicine can change the trajectory of the breastfeeding family. The presentation will give participants an overview of various ways telehealth can be used in lactation assistance and what conditions are appropriate to be seen through telemedicine. Participants will also learn about billing, the technology available, and ways to overcome gaps in technology.
