Rachel Giles, MD

Dr. Giles (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=5hjXkt4AAAAJ&hl=en), and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine, was diagnosed with cancer in 2008, after which she became a patient advocate for kidney cancer patients. In 2009, she became the Chair of the Dutch VHL Organisation, and in 2010, she became Chair of the International Kidney Cancer Coalition, based in the Netherlands. Her H-index is 59, and she is also Medical Science Officer at Medicom Medical Publishers. She has served on the EAU RCC Guidelines Panel since 2014.
