IECA, our host hotels and the Minneapolis Convention Center are working together to create a safe meeting environment for all conference attendees. The responsibility of this safe meeting environment is shared amongst us all. The Minneapolis Convention Center and Hyatt Hotel are both a GBAC STAR facility meaning that under the guidance of the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), the MCC and Hyatt Hotel has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention, read more about this accreditation below.
Face masks are required at the 2022 IECA Annual Conference & Expo, unless actively eating, drinking or presenting (with a minimum of 10 feet of space between presenter and attendees).

If travel restrictions require you to receive a COVID testing during the duration of your stay. The most conveneient location is at the Minneapolis Convention Center (home to the IECA 2022 Annual Confernece & Expo) or at the Minneapolis Airport.

Testing at the Minneapolis Airport: To get there, take the light rail straight down to the airport and back. Visit the MSP Airport website and select COVID-19 Testing and refer to the “Wandertest Rapid Covid Testing” section to book your appointment.
