Chris will review their nutritional makeup and blend recommendations. Snehdeep, Director of Technical Services at Lenny and Larrys will discuss the key sensory challenges of working with plant proteins, and how these can be navigated to improve the texture and taste. She will also share some technical challenges of working with different proteins in manufacturing and troubleshooting principles that can help to overcome. The session will be helpful for Developers, Formulators and Entrepreneurs in the plant-based baking space.
