Chef Keegan Gerhard, Host and Head Judge of over 150 episodes of Food Network’s Food Network Challenge and Last Cake Standing series will present on flavor profiling for Cannabis products. Chef Keegan will discuss how to flavor mask and how bakers can cover the flavor of cannabis. He will also cover how to formulate with and embrace the flavor of cannabis through flavor pairings. Chef Keegan will discuss at which stage and where the cannabis can be added to the pastry and how to incorporate terpenes for flavor.
