Dave Rahinsky is a career law enforcement professional with over three decades of experience. He has served as a Chief of Police in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Franklin, Tennessee, and Broward County, Florida.
He holds a Master of Science Degree in Criminology from Florida State University and was inducted into the Florida State University Criminology Hall of Fame in 2017.
He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Police Executive Research Forum’s Senior Management Institute for Police.
