FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What types of credit are offered at AMTC22 Elevated?
AMTC22 Elevated is proud to offer CE credits for CAPCE/paramedics, nursing, and ACHE qualified credits. Various sessions are also approved to count towards CMTE and MTSP-C recertifications.

How can I tell which sessions are applicable for credit?
Credit amounts and types are indicated within each session listing on both the website and the mobile app. You can select “Browse by Credit Type” in the mobile app for a listing of sessions applicable to each type of credit.

How many credits can I claim from this event?
The maximum number of credits will vary, based on the number of applicable sessions per category an attendee goes to, number of additional applicable lab and pre conference sessions attended, etc.

However, generally speaking, there is typically at least one offering per credit type in each concurrent session block of time, so an average attendee can gather a maximum of approximately 10-15 credits per type if he/she attends a session during every concurrent time block.

Please note that only one session per concurrent time frame can be utilized towards the credit total.

How do I claim my CMTE, ACHE or MTSP-C credits?
A session evaluation must be completed for each session you are looking to claim credit. Session evaluations are completed through the mobile app by clicking into the session listing from the Agenda tile, then clicking on the "Other CE" icon. NOTE: For CAPCE and nursing credits, please see the next FAQ.

At the conclusion of each session, a unique 4 digit code will be displayed on the screen to unlock the evaluation. You must enter this code to unlock the evaluation and receive your credit, so be sure to make a note of it.

Once you have completed all evaluations, at the end of the event, you will receive certificate(s) for your records. One certificate will be generated for CME/MTSP-C/ACHE credits. Individual certificates for each session will be sent to those redeeming CAPCE and nursing credits.

How do I claim my CAPCE and nursing credits?

You will need your 7 digit registration ID number from the front of your badge to access this platform to obtain credit as well as your paramedic or nursing license number and expiration date, as well as NREMT license number (if applicable). You will only need to enter this information once in the platform to access all session info.

Once you have completed all evaluations, at the end of the event, certificate(s) for each session you attended will be e-mailed to you for your records.

What should I do if I need credits for CAPCE or nursing AS WELL AS CMTE, MTSP-C or ACHE?
In this scenario, please complete the process for redeeming CAPCE and nursing credits during the event. Please e-mail eklein@aams.org to redeem your additional certificate.

I don’t need any of the CE credit types listed, but would like to provide my feedback and/or I am looking for a general certificate of attendance from the event.
Please utilize the same process for providing feedback or redeeming a certificate of attendance as you would "Other CE" credits and select “General Certificate of Attendance” when selecting the credit type in the mobile app.

I have more questions - who can I contact?
CE questions can be directed to Erica Klein, Senior Director of Education at eklein@aams.org.
