This training will discuss the treatment provider “Sales” Funnel: At what point in the decision-making process does an organization or provider engage the patient they seek to treat? Some organizations engage patients and families well before the crisis strikes, while others target the moment of crisis. We will discuss how Ashley’s marketing efforts engage patients at the early stages of the decision process by building general brand awareness and how our Clinical Outreach team works to engage the front line providers that work with the patient at the point of crisis so that the referral process is as seamless and successful as possible. We will also share how organizations can identify the points in their Funnel that patients typically exit without getting care and how to prevent that from happening.
