Scott Kasper is Vice President and Chief of Albuquerque Ambulance Service, a CAAS-accredited emergency medical transportation service in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that responds to more than 125,000 calls each year. Kasper has 35 years of healthcare and EMS experience. Prior to AAS, he spent 14 years with Virtua, as AVP of Emergency Services. While in New Jersey, Kasper served as President of the NJ Association of Paramedic Programs, and chairman of the NJ EMS Council. He spent many years with Worcester EMS, Metropolitan Boston EMS Council, and Cataldo Ambulance Service. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is an operations improvement coach and positive change agent in both clinical and business settings. He is a contributing author to the Six Sigma publication, When Project Termination is Just the Beginning.
