Dr. Miroslaw Woszczyna has been working at XTPL as engineering director since August 2021. He is responsible for all works related to the development, production and maintenance of XTPL’s high-precision printing systems. In 2008 he received a PhD degree with honours in nanometrology from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Poland. From 2009 to 2011 he worked at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt in Germany on the application of graphene as quantum electrical resistance standards. From 2012 to 2018 in the German automotive industry, he participated in the development of powertrain systems first in technical, later in managerial roles. Between 2018 and 2021, he managed the entire engineering work in the Polish branch of one of the German leaders in automotive software development. He has won many awards and distinctions, but also authored many publications widely cited by prestigious scientific journals, including Nature Nanotechnology.
