Satoru Tomita is a technical specialist of OLED production technology department at Japan Display Inc.
He received his B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, 1989, and his M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, 1996.
He is currently with Japan Display Inc., Chiba, Japan, where his work focuses specifically on the in-line testing of OLED displays and analysis of the test data using machine learning. He is also a PhD student in information science at Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Ishikawa, Japan.
He is a member of the Society for Information Display.
