Onsite Registration

There will be no onsite registration for this year's In-Person Annual Conference. Attendees must register no later than November 23, 2022 in order to attend the In-Person Annual Conference.

Leadership On Tap (Included in Standard Conference Registration) (virtual AND in-person option)  

Leadership on Tap is an exclusive opportunity for small group mentorship sessions for emerging leaders in child & youth health! Designed for emerging leaders to participate in small group mentorship sessions with VIP Health Leaders from across the country. Seats are limited so make sure to sign up for the session you wish to attend as soon as registration for these session sis available. (A second registration link will be sent in your conference registration confirmation email.)

At the end of this Physician Leadership Institute course, you will be able to: 
  • Differentiate and describe the difference between Change Management and Transition Management, and apply the transition skills needed to effectively address the three stages of transition (ending, transition, beginning); 
  • Demonstrate how the ADKAR framework can assess and enable successful change; 
  • Identify a key change methodology that works for you 
  • Explore how to develop messages regarding change initiatives to influence stakeholders; and 
  • Describe and apply approaches to minimize Resistance to Change and increase engagement.  

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that all conference registration fees are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Conditions below:  
  • A refund will be granted less a $50.00 (plus tax) administrative charge per registration if requested before November 1, 2022 at 6pm ET.
  • Cancellation notifications received after November 1, 2022 are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than December 31, 2022.
  • All cancellations and/or modifications must be submitted, in writing, to the Children’s Healthcare Canada Conference Team by email at conference@childrenshealthcarecanada.ca.
  • No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit. 
  • If COVID-19 travel restrictions are imposed from the province from which you are traveling, or should it be necessary to cancel the in-person event, all in-person registrants will be able to convert their registration to the virtual experience without penalty or obtain a refund of the full amount.

If your modification requires assistance from the Children’s Healthcare Canada Office, a $25.00 (plus tax) administrative fee will be charged. 
 
Substitutions between registration categories are permitted until October 29, 2022.  
 
An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Children’s Healthcare Canada conference. Substitutions are subject to a $25.00 (plus tax) administrative fee and must be made prior to November 11, 2022.   

Taxes

All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and 13% HST will be applied.

The Children’s Healthcare Canada Team will take photographs and some video at the 2022 Annual Conference and utilize them in news or promotional material. By participating in the 2022 Annual Conference, you grant the Children’s Healthcare Canada the right to use your photograph for such purposes.

Children’s Healthcare Canada collects information through registration forms for planning purposes, for providing information to delegates about the conference, and for completion of registration, name badges and delegate lists. In delivering this conference, Children’s Healthcare Canada is supported by sponsors.
