Dr Alessandra Maleddu is Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Cancer Centre, specialising in the management of soft tissue and bone sarcomas. Prior joining the University of Colorado, she completed a clinical fellowship at the London Sarcoma Service at the University College Hospital London were she also worked as Locum Consultant until July 2021.
She completed Medical School and Specialist training in Oncology at the University of Cagliari and ALMA Mater Studiorum of Bologna, respectively. During specialist training she spent one year at the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) studying the molecular biology of GIST.
She is interested in early phase clinical trials, Desmoid tumor, GIST. She is a member of CTOS, ESMO and ASCO.
