Originally from Colombia, I graduated medical school from Universidad de los Andes. I then completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in the Cardiac Psychiatry Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Masters in Public Health in Health Policy, Quantitative Methods, and Population mental health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. I am now a second-year resident in the Mass General Hospital/McLean adult psychiatry residency in the physician-scientist training program, where I hope to advance research in implementation science of behavioral health interventions for medically ill and marginalized populations in the U.S. and abroad.
