Welcome to the CHRS Annual Meeting 2022!

The main objective of the CHRS Annual Meeting is to bring together clinical practitioners, scientists, allied health professionals, health care administrators, and industry representatives from all heart rhythm arenas to foster the exchange of ideas, encourage collaboration, and direct the future of the field.

The CHRS Annual Meeting is the leading electrophysiology meeting in Canada, reaching a broad audience who all have a vested interest in Canada’s arrhythmia research and care.

The meeting provides a high-quality scientific and educational experience to its participants.

This event is an accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada and approved by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society. You may claim a maximum of 12.75 hours.

At the end of this meeting, participants will be able to:

  • Interact with, exchange ideas, facilitate collaboration and satisfy personal education goals in the field of cardiac arrhythmias from leading Canadian and International experts;
  • Learn the latest advances in the field of cardiac arrhythmias, including- prevention of arrhythmias, inherited arrhythmic disorders, cardiac implantable electronic devices, and catheter ablation;
  • Obtain a balanced perspective on prevention and management of cardiac arrhythmias from a field of experts including clinician experts, clinician researchers, basic scientists, and allied health professionals; and
  • Participate in a trainee (arrhythmia fellowship) interactive educational session addressing basic and advanced concepts in the field of cardiac arrhythmias.
