Robin Pinard, MA, LCMHC, RYT-200 has 14 years of experience collaborating with individuals and families in both mental health and substance use settings. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2007 and Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2010, both from the University of New Hampshire. She worked as a Residential Counselor at the Manchester Mental Health Center in NH and as a Mental Health Counselor at the Center for Expressive Arts, Therapy and Education. In 2012, she joined the WestBridge admissions team, became the Admissions and Family Service Team Leader in 2015 and then transitioned to Director of Family Services in 2016. In 2021, she returned to overseeing the admissions team and is currently the Director of Admissions and Family Services.
In her work as Director of Family Services, she has led the development of educational and supportive resources specifically for family members of individuals experiencing chronic mental health and substance use disorders. These resources include monthly family webinars, an online family portal, family support groups and a peer to peer family mentoring program. Robin demonstrates a deep passion for understanding and raising awareness of the trauma and impact that it has on the family as a unit and the importance of including family members in the recovery process.
