Child Sex Trafficking Care Coordination has been launched in five major cities across Texas for recovered minors of exploitation. This new multi-disciplinary approach to services for our youth has changed the service model. As Child Advocacy Centers are launching their Care Coordination Teams in their community many questions are unanswered. How do service agencies work outside of their silos while creating collaboration and transparency for the investigation and victim?
