Shu Wang, MD, is a urology resident at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medicine. He went to medical school in China and completed urology residency at Peking University People’s Hospital, followed by a two-year endourology and MIS training at Tsinghua University Changgung Hospital. He matched in urology in the U.S. after another five years postdoc research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, focusing on surgical and oncological outcomes of prostate cancer and bladder cancer. Currently his research interests are on the diagnosis and management of prostate cancer such as active surveillance, focal therapy.
