Urologic Oncologist, Assistant Professor
Dr. Schober is a fellowship trained urologic oncologist who serves as an assistant professor in the division of urologic surgery. He is the Bill Bures and Jerry Pabst Endowed Chair of Urologic Surgery. He completed a comprehensive two year Society of Urologic Oncology fellowship at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Schober’s focus is on urologic oncology, where he specializes in the cancers of the genitourinary tract, including kidney, adrenal gland, ureter, bladder, prostate, testes and penis. He performs endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and traditional open surgery. He is actively involved with clinical trials and research at the Fred & Pamela Buffet Cancer Center. He also participates in the Multidisciplinary Genitourinary Oncology Clinic.
