Martin G. Sanda, MD

Martin G. Sanda, MD is the Louis McDonald Orr Distinguished Professor in the Department of Urology, Emory University School of Medicine
and Director of the Prostate and GU Cancer Program at Winship Cancer Institute. He previously served as Chair of the Department of Urology at Emory from 2013 through 2024. Prior to that, Dr. Sanda was Professor of Urology at Harvard School of Medicine and Director of the Prostate Cancer Center at Beth Israel Deconess Medical Center from 2003-2013 after serving as Assistant and then Associate Professor of Urology at the University of Michigan from 1995 to 2003. He completed his Urology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1995.
