Niki Parikh, M.D., M.B.A., M.S.B.A. is a urology resident at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Science in Business with a concentration in Health Organization Management at the Rawls College of Business Administration. She attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine where she was inducted as a junior into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. She has won Peer-to-Peer teaching awards, Outstanding Senior award by the TTUHSC Department of Urology, and the Segura Essay Contest by the Mayo Clinic Department of Urology. She is also an active member of the Graduate Education Committee and Mayo Fellows Association. Her goal is to pursue quality improvement, conduct clinical research, teach, and to provide the best possible care to patients with respect, dignity, and compassion. She is pursuing a fellowship in andrology/infertility at Baylor College of Medicine beginning in July 2024 with plans to enter academic medicine.
