I am a urologist at the Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center. As the Regional Physician Director for Robotic Surgery for Southern Californai Kaiser Permanente, I lead a group of 130 multi-specialty surgeons who provide robotic surgical care for our 4.3 million members. As a clinician investigator with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, I conduct research on the risk for urologic cancer in patients microhematuria, and the risk for kidney cancer in patients with complex renal cyst. I am a member of the Microscopic Hematuria Guideline Committee of the American Urological Association, and a reviewer for multiple journals in the field of urology. I also have the privlege of serving as an assistant professor of Urology in the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.
