Mindy Rabinowitz MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist at Jefferson Health. Dr. Rabinowitz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Rabinowitz completed her internship and residency training in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where she also did her fellowship training in advanced sinus and skull base surgery. As an Associate Professor of Otolaryngology, Dr. Rabinowitz plays an important role in the education and mentorship of medical students and residents.
She specializes in all aspects of sinus disease including chronic sinusitis, nasal polyposis, sinonasal malignancy and allergy. She works closely as part of a team of consisting of otolaryngologists, ophthalmologists and neurosurgeons to treat and manage complex disease of the orbit and cranial base.
Dr. Rabinowitz has authored multiple peer review publications. Her research interest are focused on the molecular basis of inverted papilloma, skull base disease, sleep apnea and sino-orbital disease.
