Ben is a professional coastal and water resources engineer at Baird & Associates, specializing in data collection, project management, design, and construction across numerous marine and coastal ecosystems. He has worked in natural resource engineering for over a decade, implementing projects with consideration of multiple disciplines and perspectives. Ben has designed and managed the construction of the Spanish Pass Restoration Project, which is the largest dredging project undertaken by the State of Louisiana, building 1670 acres of marsh and ridge. He is leading the numerical modeling effort for the University Lakes Project in Baton Rouge.
