Q. Will the virtual platform be iPad friendly? Can I stream it to my TV?
A. The web platform is mobile device friendly, so you will be able to access it from a computer, a phone, a tablet, or whatever device you’d like as long you can access the Internet. As for streaming to your TV, that will depend on the abilities of your devices.
Q. What internet browser should I be using when accessing the virtual platform?
A. Use the latest version of Google Chrome (preferred) or Mozilla Firefox.
Q. I am connected to my organization's Virtual Private Network (VPN). Should I disconnect?
A. We do not recommend accessing the event while connected to a VPN. You may need to reach out to your organization's IT support team to bypass the firewall.
Q. How can I test my device before the event begins?
A. To run the System Check, click here. If there are any problems, you will see either yellow warnings (things that can be improved) or red warnings (things that may limit your experience). Your organization's IT support team may be able to help you resolve any of these that are beyond your capabilities.
