Michael C. Zogby is a trial partner and Deputy Group Leader of the Product Liability & Mass Torts Department and Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Industry Litigation Segment at Faegre Drinker. His trial practice includes the defense of multinational manufacturers in products liability, intellectual property, trade secret, antitrust, and commercial disputes and in mass tort, class action, and multidistrict proceedings. Mike has significant experience defending major pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, biotechnology, and chemical companies in product liability actions filed by consumer and government parties, he counsels clients in the United States, Asia and Europe on data privacy, governance and security, and crisis management, and he coordinates cross-border trial issues and discovery involving multidistrict proceedings and highly regulated industries. He is active in cross border and discovery proportionality initiatives with The Sedona Conference and the James Humphrey Complex Litigation Center of the George Washington School of Law. He is an elected member of the Products Liability Advisory Council and the International Association of Defense Counsel, and a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and Trial Attorneys of America. Mike serves on the faculty of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia School of Law, and has lectured on trial ethics and cybersecurity for practitioners at Fordham University School of Law.
