Kristina von der Linden is a compliance and investigations expert at Bayer heading the global investigations department. She oversees conducting of as well as processes and policies relating to compliance investigations across all Bayer geographies and businesses. Kristina joined Bayer in 2016 and gained experience in a broad variety of aspects of compliance management in a variety of roles and responsibilities, spanning from digital transformation to foreign trade law.
Before joining Bayer, Kristina was a lawyer at Cleary Gotlieb Stean & Hammilton advising on complex and often multi-jurisdictional litigation and M&A matters.
Kristina is a qualified Germany lawyer, holds an master degree (LLM) from London School of Economics and a PhD in law from the university of Cologne.
