Danielle Henricksen serves as Director of Patient Access for Bryan Medical Center in Lincoln, Ne. She has held previous leaderhip roles in Radiology and Interventional Radiology at Bryan's 600+ bed, multi-site hospital system. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Nebraska Weslseyan University and has been been a Certified Radiology Administrator since 2014. Danielle also spoke at this year's AHRA Climb conference for those that attended, please note it will be a very similar presentation if you ened to find another session. She comes today to share her knowledge and passion about Service Recovery.
