Prior to her recent promotion to UW Medicine Primary Care Practice Manager, Wendy Renneke experienced the last 30 years in Radiology at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Throughout her evolution in UW Radiology, beginning as a per diem X-ray Technologist, Mammographer, Interventional Radiology, and CT Tech before becoming CT Lead Technologist, then multimodality Supervisor with daily operations oversight of all modalities at two UW Ambulatory Radiology departments and Rad Techs at the UW Center For Pain Relief, Wendy has remained committed to her role as a servant leader. Her passion for acknowledging the voices, perspectives, strengths, and contributions of others as they find their place, own their worth, and continue on their career journey in Radiology has been the impetus for her session topic today.
