Jennifer Gross's experience in the nursing field includes work in psychiatric rehab and in post-acute and long term care as a staff nurse, MDS coordinator, and as a consultant. She has an extensive knowledge of the MDS and post-acute care data sets, focusing on the use of data to provide actionable insights for resident care and clinical outcomes. She is certified as a RAC-CT by the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and a Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics from the University of New England.
