Senior Vice President of Policy, Research and Reimbursement

Cindy Kadavy has been with the Nebraska Health Care Association for five years, beginning as Vice President of Reimbursement and now as Senior Vice President of Policy, Research and Reimbursement. Prior to joining the association, Kadavy served as the Medicaid Administrator for long-term care services for five years and prior to that as the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman for nine years. She has a background in human services, advocacy and adult education, working with behavioral health, domestic violence and homeless assistance programs and serving as an instructor for the local community college's human services program. She graduated from the University of Nebraska with somewhat useless degrees in Psychology, Sociology and Art History.
