Dr. Diedrich, PT,DPT is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and section member of the Academy of Geriatrics and Cardiopulmonary PT. She has been with Aegis Therapies for 28 years, with roles including both operations and clinical support. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations she is active in supporting excellence through service delivery across the post-acute care environments. Within her role at Aeigs Therapies she is the principal site investigator for a collaborative grant funded project with the University of Colorado, Denver. Dr. Diedrich has over 40 years of clinical experience, the majority of which has been in post-acute care. As an established presenter at professional, national and state healthcare conferences she educates on the role of rehab in avoidable rehospitalization, functional improvement and the impact of rehab therapy in value-based care. She was lead author for an APTA- Geri-Notes article: Care ReDesign: Planning for Rehab in a Bundled Model of Care World and works on collaborative program development for PDPM, PDGM, CMI and other areas of the post-acute care continuum.
