Elizabeth Ruediger is the Regional Manager for Nursing Assistant Training Program of Workforce Development at Genesis. She is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the nurse aide- training program at numerous nursing centers. Her responsibilities also include assuring regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines and adherence to the philosophy and mission of Genesis HealthCare.
She has been a registered nurse for 43 years. She has dedicated the past thirty three years to improving the lives of the elderly in long-term care. For the past twenty plus years, she has been the Director of the Nursing Assistant Training Program for the state of West Virginia and oversees numerous long- term care nursing assistant programs. She currently serves as the Regional Manager for Nursing Assistant Training Programs for Arizona, Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, New Mexico,Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
