Debbie Rowe MS, RN, PHR, CHCR is the Vice President of Nursing Workforce Development at Genesis. She is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of company wide approach to nurse aide sourcing, training and career development.
A nurse for 39 years, Debbie is past Chair of the Baltimore Alliance for Careers in Health Care and past President of the National Association for Health Care Recruitment. Serves on the Executive Committee of CareerSTAT, Baltimore County Workforce Development Board and Maryland Board of Nursing, Towson University Health Professions and Community College of Baltimore advisories.
Debbie has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Towson University. She has a Supervisory Leadership certificate from Loyola University and is certified in human resources and recruitment.
