As the Chief Operating Officer of Health Services Management, Josh is responsible for the overall growth and direction of the Company’s SNF and ALF operations. Josh joined HSM in 2017, bringing more than 21 years of long-term care experience to HSM. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana Tech University and began his career in 2001, with Skilled Healthcare, LLC; quickly advancing to the positions of Facility Administrator in Texas, and Vice President of Operations in Missouri. In 2013, he accepted the position of Regional Director of Operations with Cantex Continuing Care Network, bringing him back home to Texas, with responsibility for the operational growth of 12 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Southeast Texas.
Josh believes the primary drivers for success in long-term care are innovations in service line offerings and investing in the growth, development and accountability of team members, providing them with a positive and uplifting experience beyond employment alone; and nurturing trustworthy and reliable relationships with residents and families served.
