Urvi N. Patel
Urvi N. Patel is the Senior Director of Quality Improvement at the American Health Care Association (AHCA). She joined the organization in 2011. She is passionate about helping facilities become high performing healthcare organizations and helping organizations create their employee brand value. She manages the Quality Award program, based on the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Improvement assisting organizations develop integrated management systems. She also focuses her efforts on helping members increase staff engagement and stability. Most recently, she leads a coalition of stakeholders focused on COVID-19 vaccine and therapeutics access in long term care.
Urvi received her Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Michigan.
