Brian Lassiter is an executive with deep experience in improving organizational performance. He has experience in enterprise quality, organizational assessment, balanced scorecard and measurement, process improvement, and effective leadership. Brian has worked with dozens of organizations in a variety of industries to help them improve their performance and competitiveness. He served 25+ in a variety of roles in the Baldrige Enterprise, including judge for AHCA/NCAL program, Baldrige Examiner and Board of Overseers, Alliance for Performance Excellence chair. He is president/CEO of the Baldrige-based Performance Excelelnce Network, serving Minnesota, North and South Dakota.
