Jill Ricker, CDP, serves as National Director of Operations for SAIDO Learning® for Covenant Living Communities and Services. The organization is the Master License Holder in North America for the innovative initiative developed by the Kumon Learning Therapy Center, part of the Kumon Institute of Education in Japan, as a program designed for individuals with memory impairment.
As director of operations, Jill is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and draws on her 10+ years of experience with SAIDO to provide oversight, implementation, and works in collaboration with internal SAIDO teams and across the United States as well as Japan, with the goal of reaching as many people as possible to help them (their families and care givers) live rich and full lives in spite of this vicious disease.
Jill’s experience also includes business development, international business consulting with companies in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Sri Lanka and within the field of health care in marketing and sales.
When she’s not on the job, Jill’s community involvement has included creating Girls Get Moving Project, a program for at-risk teenage girls, and raising funds for local charities.
