Valerie N. Williams is the Customer Service Specialist, LTC Trend Tracker at the American Health Care Association (AHCA) in Washington, DC. She facilitates and works directly with members to address their LTC Trend Tracker customer service needs.
She enjoys working in the health care sector, especially with the disabled/elderly. Before joining AHCA, she worked for five years at a Washington, DC area skilled nursing facility in the Business/Finance office assisting residents and families navigate the long-term care financial process.
Valerie received her master’s degree in Health Care Administration at University of Maryland Global Campus and her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration at University of Maryland -Baltimore County (UMBC).
