As the Founder and CEO of Leadership Development Group, Dennis is a recognized leader in developing high performance leaders. The first 15 years of his career was spent in family counseling and leadership training in Eastern Europe.
A whole new world opened to Dennis when he realized that the same principles that changed people’s lives could also change their companies. In 2004, he formed Leadership Development Group to help people win at the game of work and the business of life.
