Rod Bailey earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Social Welfare (cum laude) from Olivet Nazarene University, a Masters in Social Work with an emphasis in Policy, Planning and Administration from the University of Illinois, a Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration from Lael University, and a Retirement Housing Professional credential from the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
Dr. Bailey is the Chief Executive Officer of Diamondback Healthcare/Integro Healthcare Services and brings an extensive experience in acute and post-acute care as a licensed administrator with in-depth Life Plan Communities experience. Dr. Bailey is licensed in both assisted living and skilled nursing by the State of Arizona Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers. He has served in executive roles for Beatitudes Campus, Bethesda Senior Living, Friendship Retirement Corporation and the Goodman Group Senior Living as well as the Executive Director for the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and Arizona Grand Senior Living Community (Phoenix, AZ). Rod was also President and COO of Five Star Care Corporation (Phoenix, AZ and Des Moines, IA) and Assistant Director of Arizona Department of Health Services.
