Petra Marquart, is an International speaker and member of the National Speakers Association. She's the CEO and Program Developer for See ME, Inc. a training company specializing in educational programs for long-term care professionals. She is the author of the best-seller, The Power of Service: Keeping Customers for life, and has written customer service training programs for Mall of America, US Bank, Fairview Health Services, and Honeywell Space Systems. In addition, she has served as a service consultant to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Her most recent program is an online customer-service training program written specifically for long-term-care communities titled: See ME: Customer Service Training in Compassionate Care.
