Nicole Mattson is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Care Providers of Minnesota, where she focuses on Advocacy, Workforce and Quality. Nicole is a Licensed Health Services Executive. She has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University, and an undergrad from Metropolitan State University. She holds SPHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management. She has over 25 years of experience in the senior care profession, in various capacities, most recently as an Administrator of a post-acute/long-term care facility. Nicole is a Senior Examiner for the AHCA Quality Award Program. Nicole also serves on the Minnesota HOSA Board, is the Chairperson for the Hennepin Carver Workforce Development Board and Vice Chairperson of the Minnesota Association of Workforce Boards.
