Dr. Baker is an Associate Professor at Herzing University, behavioral health expert, and consultant for long-term care nursing homes with a focus on person-centered care best practices. Cynthia has provided behavioral health services in Long Term Care and Post Acute settings as a member of interdisciplinary care teams for 9 years. Dr. Baker is often invited to provide education at national, regional, and state conferences. Dr. Baker earned a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California and a Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri.
