She has more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the healthcare industry and spent several years in a corporate role for a regional skilled nursing and assisted living organization. Her areas of expertise are recruitment strategies, brand marketing, market research, customer experience and relationship management. Kendra has presented for the Nursing Home Administration program and at healthcare conferences across the country on various topics including digital recruitment, onboarding and retention, reputation management, and marketing strategies. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace University in Ohio and is pursuing her Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
