Joseph is Of Counsel with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. He is a recognized author and speaks regionally and nationally on issues related to health care and compliance. He was a contributing author to the 2021 publication of the Complete Healthcare Compliance Manual by the Health Care Compliance Association. He recently completed his participation in the Leadership Development Program of the American Health Law Association during which time he worked with the Post-Acute and Long Term Services Practice Group. Joseph has been specializing in health law with a focus on ethics and compliance for over ten years. He is certified in healthcare compliance and healthcare research compliance. Joseph is the Chair of the Health Care Compliance Association Indianapolis Regional. He is a member of the Indiana Compliance Professionals and Business Ethics Indiana. Additionally, he serves on the Indianapolis Bar Association Health Care & Life Sciences Executive Committee.
He graduated from the Kelly School of Business with a BS in Accounting and a double minor in economics and political science. He has a juris doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law. In his spare time Joseph volunteers with multiple non-profits across the Indianapolis area. He is a graduate of Leadership United through the United Way of Central Indiana.
