The Silver Quality Award criteria is a significant step in the Quality Award journey, requiring organizations to have not only strong systems and positive outcomes, but also a solid grasp of the criteria and scoring system. To effectively apply the demands of the criteria, organizations must first understand them. This session will provide an overview of the demands of the Silver criteria and scoring system and demonstrate how an organization can respond effectively to the criteria.
Learning Objectives:
Develop techniques to write responses that meet the demands of the Silver criteria.
Compare the silver criteria and scoring system to identify potential gaps between criteria demands and current organizational systems/processes.
Apply the Silver Quality Award criteria to your organization as a tool for improvement.
